Create a cohesive environment which meets the needs of all learners. This environment includes an organized classroom, clear and consistent classroom expectations and routines, as well as effective time management. This environment also includes units of study through quality literature and cross-curricular lessons.

ELA: reading literature, informational text, informative/explanatory texts, research reports
Grammar: sentence structure, nouns, verbs, adjectives, capitalization & punctuation, pronouns and adverbs & prepositions
Spelling: vowel & consonant sounds, diphthongs, prefixes, suffixes, compound words, homophones, Greek & Latin roots
Math: multiplying & dividing: whole numbers, decimals and fractions
Algebra: pattern & graphing, units of measure
